Nova gave me such great memories. She was one of those rare people that knows how to be a true friend and how to love with her whole heart. I am going to miss this sweet lady that had a big heart made of gold. I know she is going to our heavenly father and is so much better and happier at her true home. I know she will shine extra bright there because of how she waa here. I love and will miss you so much my dear friend. P.s who is gonna semd me all those emojis now? I will miss that too. Rest in peace

Remembering many great times in homeroom..."do I have to separate you two stop talking and listen to the announcements." Four years of great laughs, the non stop laughing at graduation...how we kept wondering how much longer was this going to drag on...because we had parties to get too....lol...Blessings and prayers to your family friend. Say hi to those who went on before us...we'll miss you and our chats....❤😪🙏🏻

PS...Anyone who has ever received text messages from Nova will nod and smile...perhaps they were a part of her Indonesian dna...they were a work of art...a tapestry of words and images...outpourings of thought and emotional honesty unlike any others...so glad I kept them 🥰🌺❤️🌸🌷

Dear Nova, How aptly named you were...from the Latin, your name means “new” as you moved from Indonesia to America to grow up in a New World with new parents and new siblings who loved you very much...in Hopi, your name means “food” and you nourished those around you with your love and sweet kindness.
In Native American, “Chases Butterfly” captures your gentle spirit and love of nature. I remember the many hours you spent here, quietly observing and photographing the flora and fauna around you.
And finally, in Astronomy... a star that suddenly becomes thousands of times brighter before fading...
Nova, you were that Shining Star in all our lives and the lives of the many that you touched. We love you and wish you well on your journey.

What a sad news, I am still in shock. She was my little sister when staying in their home in Portsmouth.
She was the sweetest person with a heart of gold and always an optimist.
I wish her husband Tim and all family a lot of strength in having to miss Nova. I am sure Mom was waiting for her in heaven. Goodbye sweet Nova
