AL Sanderson, 74, of Laurel, Mississippi, died Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Monday, September 3, 1945 in Laurel, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel and the Burial will follow in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Laurel, MS. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 649-3342.
He was preceded in death by his father, T.R Sanderson Sr.; mother, Elizabeth Leggett Sanderson; brother, T.R Sanderson Jr.
Survivors include his sister, Mae Newcomb (Donald), and Evelyn Stringer; brothers, Ray Sanderson (Liz), Jimmie Sanderson (Joyce), Robert E. Sanderson (Betty Ann), David Sanderson (Lola) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Mike Sanderson, Jimmy Sanderson, Bobby Stringer, Chad Sanderson, Carlos Smith, and Clyde "Smitty" Smith.
