Anna Nell Rose, 90, of Taylorsville, MS, passed away August 2, 2023, at The Claiborne in Hattiesburg, MS. She was born March 15, 1933, in Jones County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel on 4593 Indian Springs Road. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM at Hebron Cemetery in Soso, Mississippi. Bro. John Reid will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements. 601-649-3342.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Laston Rose; parents, Earl and Ayline Pickering; son, Steven Rose, and one brother, Ben Pickering.

Survivors include her children, Lynda Bush (David), Karen Woods (Tommy), Melton Rose (DeAnn); and Carla Warner (Jeff); eleven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Buddy Bush, Justin Woods, Jason Woods, T.J. Warner, Jonathan Rose, and Michael Rose.
