Anne Lee Frieze Sullivan

Anne Lee Frieze Sullivan was born in Talladega, Alabama. She was a high school graduate and worked for the State of Mississippi at Ellisville State School.

Anne was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Leonia Thomas and William Elliott Frieze; her siblings, Jeanette Watts, Mildred Howell, and Billy Frieze; her daughter, Penny Roberts; and her grandson, Cody McLeroy.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Evelyn Booker; her children, Wilmer Albie McLeroy (wife Barbara) and Rory Elliott McLeroy (wife Melinda), along with the children of Jim Phillips and the children of Larry Sullivan; her grandchildren, Kristina, Al, Kayla, David, Erin, and Ashlie, and Chance; great granddaughter Kamryn, and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 3, 2026, from 9:00AM to 10:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral home in Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 10:00AM at the same location. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Anne will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her, and her memory will forever be cherished by her family and many friends.
