Anniece Clark, aged 88, of Laurel, MS, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. Born on May 1, 1937, in Jones County, Mississippi, Anniece lived a full and cherished life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Avery Edward Clark; her father, John Adam Langley; her mother, Virginia Allen Langley; and her granddaughter, Robin Steele.

Anniece is survived by her loving husband, Leroy Holifield; her son, Allen Clark; her daughters, Rhonda Smith and her husband Richard, Shelia Johnston and her husband Doug, and Denna Usey and her husband Wade. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Julie Johnston and her husband Shane, and Todd Johnston; her brother, Leonard Langley and his wife Gloria Jean; and her great-grandchild, Christopher Steele and great-great-grandchild, Moxie Steele.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, located at 4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the same location. Burial will take place at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi.

Pallbearers will include Richard Smith, Doug Johnston, Wade Usey, Todd Johnston, Shane Johnston, and James Bass. Arrangements are under the care of Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel.
