Betty Jo Knight Grafton, 71, of Laurel, MS. She was born September 13, 1952 in Laurel, MS.

She is preceded in death by her husband, the late Douglas Grafton, parents John and Margaret Knight, brothers John Afton Knight, William "Billy" Knight, Clint Knight, James "Hoot" Knight; sisters Virginia "Jenny" Sims, and Wanda Gail Knight.

She is survived by her children Brian Grafton (Annie), and Vanessa Grafton.

Grandchildren Layla Brown (Chase), Charles Brown III, Wiley Grafton, Leslie Newell (Justin), Jennifer Foster (Kris), Matthew Sumrall (Reba), Nicholas Becker (Katie), Alexandra Becker, Lizanna Smith (Dylan); Great Grandchildren Kadence Smith, Kane Moore, Alissa, Paizleigh, and Paxton Pineda, Delilah Fretwell, Austin Ishee, Addison and Alice Newell, Maelee Sumrall, and Audriana, Victoria, and Kayli Becker. Sister Sarah Ishee (Frankie), Brothers Ellis Knight (Diane), Alex Knight (Deb), Mike Knight, Albert Knight, Yogi Knight, and her 3 Sister-in-laws and best friends Brenda Knight Spicer, Paula Brady, and Virginia Grafton, along with a large host of nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be held at 2:00PM on April 13, 2024 at Glade Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Bro. Greg Richardson will officiate. Fellowship will follow.
