Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel and the Burial will follow in Edwards Cemetery in Richton, MS. Bro. Kelly Byrd and Bro. Survivors include Jonathan Ann Kelly (Wife), John Shafford (Son), Patricia Ann Kilpatrick (Daughter), Billy Ray Kelly Jr. (Son), Joseph Neil Kelly (Lidia) (Son), Michael Dwayne Kelly (Lisa) (Son), 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, Carl Douglas Kelly (Brother).

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
