Clarence William Goodson, II, aged 70, of Laurel, MS, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Born on December 11, 1954, in Jones County, Mississippi, Clarence lived a life marked by service and love for his family.

Clarence proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War, a testament to his courage and dedication.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Kelly Goodson DiVincenti and Samantha Goodson, and his step-son, Frank Braden. Clarence also leaves behind his brother, Steven Edward Goodson of Laurel, MS, his sister, Victoria Craft and her husband Carl, and his cherished dog, Pixie.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Dean Goodson and Billie Jean Parker Goodson, grandparents, Clarence William Sr. and Delma Goodson and Marion Franklin Parker Sr. and Elma Parker along with a host of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
