David Dale Boutwell, age 61, of Ellisville, MS, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at his residence. Born on April 21, 1963, in Mississippi, David was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He is survived by his loving wife, Francina Kay Eden Boutwell, and his children: son Sam Boutwell, and daughters Raine Dale Boutwell, Stephanie Sullivan and her husband Zac, Missy Downing and her husband Taylor, and Kassie Ford. He was a proud grandfather to Audri Bailey, Parker Downing, Crew Sullivan, and Wayne Boutwell. David is also survived by his brother Jeffery Boutwell, and sisters Cynthia Young and her husband Tom, and Linda King and her husband Kevin and a host of nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Cleamon Lee Boutwell and Bernice Kratzer Boutwell.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, located at 4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM at the same location. Arrangements are being handled by Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel.

David will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
