Hubert Thornton, 79, of Millbrook, Alabama, died Tuesday, December 11th, 2018 at his residence in Millbrook, Alabama. He was born Wednesday, March 22, 1939 in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel and the Burial will follow in Spring Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Thornton, mother, Vylia Thornton, sister Dorothy (Dot) Davis, brothers, AV Thornton, McOid Thornton, Elmer Thornton, J.W Thornton, Tullous Thornton and, Paul Thornton.

Survivors Includes his:

Sisters, Doris Craven, Flora Holloway.

Sons, Hubert Ray Thornton (Sandy) and Ronnie Thornton (Pat), daughter, Ronda Kay Rodgers (Mike).
Special Friend, Sydney McBride.

Twelve- grandchildren and Twenty-one great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
