Jerry Ransom Coleman, 82 of Laurel, MS passed away Monday, December 06, 2021 at the Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, November 01, 1939 in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 08, 2021 from 2:00PM until 5:00PM at Colonial Chapel Laurel in Laurel, Mississippi. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements. 601-649-3342.

Jerry served his country for over 20 years in the US Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force he served as a EMT for 20 years. He will be missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah and Thelma Coleman.

Survivors include his wife of 58 Years, Ina Cody Coleman of Laurel, MS; sons, Jerry W. Coleman (Marie) of Laurel, MS and Dwayne Coleman of Conway, AR; grandchildren, Isaac Coleman (Bridget), Sara Thompson (Will), and Beth Stokley (Devon); brother, David Coleman (Rinda); 4- great -grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers the family has for donations to go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas PL. Memphis, TN 38105.
