Jerry Eugene Gregory, 86, of Stringer, MS, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Comfort Care Nursing Center in Laurel, Mississippi. Born on December 29, 1938, in Jones County, Mississippi, Jerry lived a full life surrounded by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Clyde Gregory, his mother, Onnie V. Green Gregory, his sister, Betty Delores Ishee, and his nephew, Bit Tew. Jerry is survived by his brother, Robert Gregory, and his sister, Glenda Christian (J.B.). He also leaves behind his nephews, Jason Christian (Heather), Wayne Tew, Stan Gregory, and Mike Gardner, as well as his niece, Jennifer Wren (J.R.), and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 09, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Fair Ridge Cemetery in Stringer, MS, with burial to follow. The service will be officiated by Blaine Gregory, with arrangements handled by Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel. Pallbearers will include Ross Tew, Hunter Valentine, Jax Valentine, Wyatt Carter, Stan Gregory, and Jason Christian.
