John Steve Ezell's Obituary
John Steve Ezell, 61, of Laurel, Mississippi, died Tuesday, August 6th, 2019 at his residence in Laurel, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, November 26, 1957 in Laurel, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel. Bro. Ken Johnson will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Steve loved his family and his two grandchildren were the loves of his life. He loved singing with his family and was a deacon in his church. He loved hunting and fishing. In the past few years his family fostered with Southern Cross Animal Rescue. Steve took great pride and joy in fostering each and every paw baby that came thru his home.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Adam Ezell; mother, Barbara Mae Ezell.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Toni Ezell; sons, Tyler Ezell, Anthony Hill, and Steve Clark (Lynda); granddaughter Karson Clark; grandson, Bryce Clark; 1- sister; 2-nieces and 1-nephew.
