Julie R. Pence,  60, of Laurel, MS, passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, September 1, 2025. Born on October 20, 1964, in Greenville, South Carolina, Julie was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Terry Pence of Laurel, MS, and her loving sons, Hunter Windham (Brook), Zachary Windham (Bri), and Allen Pence (Alissa). Julie was a proud grandmother to Brandon Windham, Madilyn Windham, and Jude Windham. She is also survived by her brothers, Steve Drummond (Melinda) and Ken Drummond (Melanie), her sister, Cynthia Drummond Bernard (Ellis), and her brother-in-law, Billy Ray Sykes.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Dency Ray Drummond and Evelyn Aline Windham Yarbrough, and her sister, Pam Sykes.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, located at 4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM at the same location, with Bro Bill Hutto officiating. Burial will take place at Sharon Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi.

Julie will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her memory will be cherished by her family and friends.
