Lloyd William McKenzie, 72, of Laurel, Mississippi, died Sunday March 14, 2021 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, July 6, 1948 in Soso, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel with burial to follow in Sunset Gardens Cemetery.

Lloyd was a truck driver for 55 years, he loved to ride his Harley. And spend time with his grand & great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Estalle McKenzie; his wife of 42 years, Kathy McKenzie; brother, Phill McKenzie; nieces, Patricia McKenzie, and Sabrina McKenzie Gray; nephew, Patrick McKenzie.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Lenora E. McKenzie; daughter, Crystal Welch (DeWayne); son, Shannon McKenzie (Melinda); sister in-law, Karen McKenzie; step Children, Jonathon Culpepper (Mary), Jessica DeClement (Wesley), and Julia Bennett (Patrick); grandchildren, Joshua McKenzie (Jessica), Nathaniel Herrin (Amelia), Shelby Perry (Chris), Victoria Shoemake (Zack), Samatha Welch, Harley Byrd (Willie), Kim Burch (Chris), Jade Culpepper, Cailyn Culpepper, Isaac Culpepper, Isabella DeClement, Wyatt DeClement, Aubrey Bennett, Holly Bennett, Lane Bennett, Zoey Bennett; great-grandchildren, Hunter McKenzie, Kiley McKenzie, Kathlyn McKenzie, Anna Clare McKenzie, Chandler Herrin, Nathaniel Herrin, Marin Herrin, Jaselyn Perry, Sonny Shoemake, Lidia Grace Shoemake, Kaiden Barnett, Hyden Byrd, Steven Byrd, Tegan Byrd, and Kaddin Porter, Mckinsey Porter; a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Hunter McKenzie, Joshua McKenzie, Nathaniel Herrin, Shawn McKenzie, Chris Perry, and Mitchell Smith.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Touchstone, Donald McKenzie, Chris Wakins, Jonathan Culpepper, Wesley DeClement, and Patrick Bennett.
