Lonny Leedale Harris, 53, of Stringer, Mississippi, died Friday, January 10, 2020 at St. Dominic in Jackson, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, May 25, 1966 in Bay Springs, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Liberty Baptist Church in Stringer, MS and the Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Bro. Stanley Doggett will officiate. Lonny loved truck driving and talking and visiting with people.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Suzanne Harris and Lavada Villines and Herman Sansom, sister, Rayanna Rayner.

Survivors include his son, Lonny Leedale Harris Jr., father, Ance Leedale Harris (Fondia Dean), mother, Deanna Faye Knight (Kenneth), sisters, Wanda Rayner, Lavada Busby (Davy), brothers, Kevin Knight, Anthony Bufkin and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Pallbearers will be Lonny Junior, Blake Busby, Andrew Busby, Billy Harris, Don Yelventon, Daniel Lewis and Zach Hill.

Honorary pallbearers will be Keith Welborn and Kevin Knight.
