Malick Lee Deese-Murray was born on February 18, 2021 to Piper Deese and Colin Murray. He departed his earthly life on July 26, 2025 at South Central Regional Medical Center.

He loved cars, big trucks, books and music. Malick loved the outdoors and his smile could brighten an entire room.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Charlotte Deese, great grandparents Dennis and Janiece Deese.

To always cherish his memory, he leaves his mother, Piper and father, Colin, great grandparents, John and Cheryl Murray, his aunt, Nicole Lindsey and uncles Zachery Bushey, Zachery Brees, and great uncles John Tuochey, Grey and Jeff Murray.

A Celebration of Malick's life will be held from 12-1 pm on Wednesday, August 13, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home followed by a processional of cars, trucks and all the vehicles that he loved so much.

Though your smile is gone forever, and your hand I cannot touch; I still have many memories of the one we loved so much.

Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part, God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart.
