Violet Maria Mann, 57 of Laurel, MS passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023, at her residence in Laurel, MS. She was born Sunday, March 20, 1966, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 12:30PM until 2:00PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in 4593 Indian Springs Road, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 2:00PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, MS. Bro. Stanley Doggett and Bro. Jamie Altman will officiate. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who loved her family and friends. She enjoyed sitting on her front porch with her coffee and watching and listening to the birds.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Franklin Bufkin; mother, Mary Jo Jemison Bufkin; brother, Sonny Bufkin; sister, Teresa Bufkin.

Survivors include her sons, Scott Mann (Shonda) and Dakota Beard; daughter, Tracy Livingston (Chris); grandchildren, Angel and Austin Livingston, Hunter, Jackson, and Colton Mann; brothers, Timmy Bufkin and Jim Bufkin (Darlene); sister, Vickie Pickerell;  special caregiver, Robin Nordan.
