Marie Warren, 83, of Ellisville, Mississippi, died Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, February 20, 1935 in Soso, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel and the Burial will follow in Sharon Cemetery. Marie was a member of Highland Baptist Church for decades where she was actively engaged with the children and youth programs. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Laurel at her death. She was an active gardener, member of the Laurel Garden Club and had a national display garden for the American Hemerocallis Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years James Shelby Warren; father, Bennie Watkins; mother, Birdie Mae Watkins; brother, Tony Watkins; sister, Frances LeFeve; brother, W.M Watkins; sister, Nelda Watkins.

Survivors include her daughters, Gwynn Guy and Glenda Eilo (Carl); son, James Warren (Laura); grandchildren, Maria Howard (Eldon), Jamie Wozniak (Nick), Ethan Eilo, Zachary Warren (Hannah); great- grandsons, Hunter Cupp, Brooks Wozniak, Parker Wozniak, Hudson Wozniak; sisters, Nora Downard and Bennie Mae Craft.

Pallbearers will be James Warren, Zachary Warren, Ethan Eilo, Hunter Cupp, Kenny DuBose and Ken Rivers.
