Marion Glenn Hester, 74 of Soso, MS passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born Friday, September 23, 1949, in Jones County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in 4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 11:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, MS. He was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Hester; mother, Willa B. McKinley Hester.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Brown Hester; sons, Sean Hester and Marion Shayne Hester (Sarah); daughter, Shavan Hester; grandchildren, Alex Hester (Alli), Haley Guin, Kelley Guin.
