Michael Wayne Garner, 41, of Taylorsville, Mississippi, died Sunday, May 19th, 2019 in Pyote, TX. He was born Monday, August 15, 1977 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Summerland Baptist Church in Taylorsville, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 24, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Summerland Baptist Church and the Burial will follow in Summerland Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. David Hagan will officiate. Michael loved fishing with friends and family and running heavy equipment. He was a very hard-working man. Michael had a heart of gold and was always helping others, no matter what the situation. He was definitely one of a kind.

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Wayne Garner, step mother. Trudy Garner, grandparents; Paul and Bernice Moore, Jimmy Charles and Jerry Garner.

Survivors include his mother, Paula Jeane Hendry (Joe), sister, Pridgett Presley (Steven), step-sister, Amy Barnes (Chris), step-brother, C.J. Hendry (Adriene), nieces and nephews; Cody and Lydia Presley, step-nieces; Peighton, Paisley, Eva, Gwen and Livi.

Pallbearers will be Zach Holifield, Tim Moore, Andy Muha, Scott Stewart, C.J. Hendry, Steven Presley, Cody Presley and Bradley Hankins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Bartran and Greg Moore.
