Mulford Leon Clinton, 91, of Ellisville, MS passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2023 surrounded by his family and friends in Ellisville, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, April 5, 1932 in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at The Rock Church on 635 Hwy 15 South, Laurel, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at The Rock Church in Laurel, Mississippi. The burial will follow in Sharon Cemetery.  Rev. Jerry Rowley will officiate. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Esther P. Ulmer Clinton; parents, Elbert and Iva Clinton; brothers, Billie R. Clinton (Elaine) and Eddie Clinton as well as a sister, Patsy L. Bryant.

Survivors include his son, Floyd L.  Clinton (Teresa); daughter, Cheree Livingston (Sherman); sisters, Shirley Walker (Eddie) and Mary Clinton; grandsons, Ricky Herrington (Jessica) and Jason Livingston (Stephanie); granddaughters, Nikki Poore (Robert) and Indiana Clinton. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Adrian Loper, Bear Loper, Robert Poore, Bit Poore, Steve Fields, and Tyner Knotts.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Ulmer, Kenny Walker, and the members of the American Legion.
