Patricia Carol Hopkins, aged 68, of Laurel, MS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at her residence. Born on July 22, 1957, in Laurel, Mississippi, Patricia spent her life surrounded by family and friends in her beloved hometown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvis Butch Hopkins, her father, Albert Peacock, and her sister, Katie Peacock. Patricia is survived by her loving mother, Carolyn Touchstone Blackledge, her step-daughter, Brett Hopkins, and her cherished grandchildren, Ashlyn Hopkins, Cameron Hopkins, and Aubrey Hopkins. She also leaves behind her sister, Lisa Peacock Johnston, and brother-in-law, Tim.
