Priscilla Yvette Aguilar, 30 of Laurel, MS passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023, in Laurel, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM and Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 11:00AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Laurel, Mississippi.

Burial will follow in Lake Park Hills Cemetery in Laurel, Mississippi.  Father Ignacio will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements. 601-649-3342.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved mother/daughter, who was loved and cherished by her family and friends. This loving, caring, and hard-working woman had been a guiding light for her children, family, and community, and her loss has left an irreplaceable void.

Priscilla was born Thursday, October 15, 1992, in Harlingen, Texas and spent her formative years there. She always had a passion for helping others and that was evident from a young age. As she grew older, she dedicated her life to raising her children and supporting her family.

She was devoted to five kids and her mother. Her love for her family knew no bounds and she worked tirelessly to create a warm and welcoming home. She was a patient parent, always ready to listen and offer guidance to her children. Her unwavering strength and support were a constant source of comfort to all her family.

Aside from being a devoted mother, she was also a hard worker. She held various jobs while raising her children, always making sure they had everything they needed. She was respected for her work ethic and kindness. In her free time, she enjoyed taking care of her children, helping others in need, and of course, caring for her mother.

She was a woman of many talents and interests, and her love for life was contagious.

Her kind heart touched everyone who knew her. She made friends easily and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her easy-going nature and infectious laugh were just some of the things that endeared her to all. Although she is no longer with us, her memories will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Priscilla leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and perseverance, which will continue to inspire us all.

Rest in peace, Dear Priscilla. You will be forever missed, but never forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Gilbert Aguilar.

Survivors include her sons, Gilbert Aguilar, Ricardo "Ricky" Ruiz, Angel Aguilar and Mateo Aguilar; daughter, Nayelli Aguilar; parents, Maria Ruiz and Ricardo Ruiz Calihua; brothers, Jaime "Nyre" Aguilar, Robert Aguilar, and Santiago James Coronel; her loving grandmother, Maria L Coronel; one niece, one nephew; a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.

Pallbearers will be Ricardo Ruiz, Ricky Ruiz, Gilbert Aguilar, Santiago James Coronel, Gibran Mathey, Leopoldo Coronel, and Ryan Ruiz.

Con gran pesar anunciamos el fallecimiento de una querida madre e hija, quien fue amada y apreciada por su familia y amigos. Esta mujer cariñosa, atenta y trabajadora había sido una luz de guía para sus hijos, familia y comunidad, y su pérdida ha dejado un vacío irremplazable.

Priscilla nació el jueves 15 de octubre de 1992 en Harlingen, Texas, donde pasó sus años de formación. Siempre tuvo pasión por ayudar a los demás y eso fue evidente desde muy joven. A medida que crecía, dedicó su vida a criar a sus hijos y a mantener a su familia.

Se dedicó a sus cinco hijos y a su madre. Su amor por la familia no tenía límites y trabajó incansablemente para crear un hogar cálido y acogedor. Era una madre paciente, siempre dispuesta a escuchar y orientar a sus hijos. Su fortaleza y apoyo inquebrantables fueron una fuente constante de consuelo para toda su familia.

Además de ser una madre abnegada, era muy trabajadora. Tuvo varios trabajos mientras criaba a sus hijos, asegurándose siempre de que tuvieran todo lo que necesitaban. Era respetada por su ética de trabajo y su amabilidad. En su tiempo libre, le gustaba cuidar de sus hijos, ayudar a los necesitados y, por supuesto, cuidar de su madre.

Era una mujer con muchos talentos e intereses, y su amor por la vida era contagioso.

Su corazón bondadoso conmovía a todos los que la conocían. Hacía amigos con facilidad y siempre estaba dispuesta a echar una mano. Su carácter

Su carácter afable y su risa contagiosa eran sólo algunas de las cosas que la encariñaban con todos. Aunque ya no está con nosotros, sus recuerdos perdurarán en los corazones de quienes la conocieron y la quisieron. Priscilla deja tras de sí un legado de amor, bondad y perseverancia, que seguirá inspirándonos a todos.
Descansa en paz, querida Priscilla. Te echaremos de menos para siempre, pero nunca te olvidaremos.
