Robert H. "Bobby" Tindall Jr., 88, of Laurel, MS passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at his residence in Laurel, MS. He was born Tuesday, February 12, 1935 in Soso, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in 4593 Indian Springs Road, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM. The burial will take place in Spring Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel, MS. Bro. Jim Taylor will officiate. Bob enjoyed life to the fullest never missing a chance to use humor to get his point across or to lighten a burden. He was a reserved person who possessed high moral values. He loved his fellow man with the support they needed if only words of encouragement. Modest in his actions, he kept a low profile as not to seek praise for his works. Bob was a wonderful and caring grandfather and was flattered when addressed with love and affection as Grandpa, Grandpa Bobby, and Peepaw.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Tindall, Sr; mother, Eleanor Hilbun Tindall; one son, Robert Coyt Tindall; as well as two sisters Aimee Hudson and Laura Tatum.

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Dorothy Windham Tindall; two daughters, Cathy Tindall McDonald and Patti Tindall; one son, Ival Todd Tindall (Sherrol); Eight granddaughters, Quae, Lauren, Meagan, Erin, Skye, Brooke, Hanah, and Alexis; Nineteen great grandchildren, Jordan, Layla, Ethan, Lexie, Joshua, Amanda, Matthew, Jackson, Emily, Jeremy, Addison, Margot, Brantly, Bryson, Bradley, Blair, Blake, Conner and Sutton; sisters, Diane T. Rasberry, Linda T. Ligon; brother, Ben Jack Tindall (Eva); as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Blackledge, James Samuel Brooks, B.L. Brooks, Trent Brooks, Wayne Windham, and Terry Holifield.

Honorary pallbearer will be Steve Drummond.
