Ronald Lee 'Ronnie' Williams, 76 of Laurel, MS, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at the Care Center of Laurel in Laurel, MS. He was born Saturday, July 19, 1947 in Leland, MS.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel at 4593 Indian Springs Road, Laurel, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel, MS. Burial will follow in Florence Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery in Sandersville, MS. Bro. Eric Estes will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements, 601-649-3342.

He was preceded in death by his father, W.L. Williams; mother Margaret Phillips Williams; brothers Johnny Williams, Paul Williams, Mike Williams; brother-in-law, Jimmy Gibbs, nephew Michael Gibbs, and mother-in-love, Ruth Holcomb.

Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Karen Aaron Williams, sons, Allen Williams (Amy), Timothy Williams (Tina), and Cody Williams (Katie); daughter Kandace Lucas (Wayne); grandchildren Rena Martin (Daniel), Timothy Williams, Jr. (Caray), Isabelle Williams, Alex Elsabrouty, Sabrina Jennings (Timothy), Gail Lucas, Taylor Loewe (Reed), Cole Williams (Joanna), J.T. Williams, Betsy & Dalton Dillon, Leah Kate Williams, and Haze Williams; brothers T.L. Williams and Joe Williams (Esther); sister, Jimmie Dale Gibbs; great grandchildren Faith Dillon, Redding Loewe, Ryder Loewe, and Olivia Martin; a host of nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his life-long best friend Charley Davis (Brenda) of Greenville, MS.
