Teresa Jefcoat Sullivan 68, of Soso, Mississippi passed away peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus, Saturday, October 3, 2026, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born January 18,1958, in Quitman, Mississippi to Mondell and Flossie Eldridge Jefcoat.

She was predeceased by, son, Ethan Sullivan, her mother, Flossie Dell Eldridge Jefcoat; brother, Terry W. Jefcoat, and her grandparents, L. D. and Jewel Jefcoat.

She is survived by her son, Ben Sullivan, her father, Mondell Jefcoat (Pearl Grace); her, sister, Renee Cliburn (Ollie); she is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Terrance Jefcoat, Braxton Jefcoat, Luke Jefcoat, Blake Gordon, Brady Gordon, Kaleb Jefcoat, and Ollie Cliburn.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 08, 2026, from 09:30 AM until 10:30 AM at Colonial Chapel Laurel in Laurel, MS. Graveside Services will follow at Big Creek Cemetery in Soso, MS, on October 08, 2026, at 10:45 AM with burial to follow in Big Creek Cemetery in Soso, Mississippi. Bro. P.J Weeks will officiate.

Teresa dedicated a large number of years at Ellisville State School where she retired. Her faith and family were the cornerstones of this life and she was known for her loving, caring and gentle nature.

She was a loyal friend to all, Teresa was a great Christian woman who never met a stranger.
