Thomas Rodney Craft, 61, of Laurel, MS passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born Wednesday, February 21, 1962 in Laurel, Mississippi.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Union Line Cemetery in Soso, Mississippi. Dr. Tim Hubbard will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel is in charge of arrangements. 601-649-3342

Rod loved his family and friends. Being a "Papa" was his favorite thing in the world. He was loyal and dependable and had a heart of gold. Rod could fix and repair anything and would always come to your rescue if you had any electrical problems. He was hilarious and would keep you laughing. Rod loved to watch college football and was a fan of the New Orleans Saints. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Robin Craft; father, Thomas R. Craft; parents, Frank and Betty Lyons.

Survivors include his sisters, Cindy Craft and Shannon Stokes (Terry); step-son, Brody Bustin (Lauren); grandson, Waylon Bustin; granddaughters, Brylie Bustin and Bentlie Bustin; nephews, Matthew Craft and Jakob Martinez; nieces, Sasha Sims, Amanda Sims and Julie Martinez; great nephew, Deyton Page; great niece, Paris Martinez as well as a host of friends.
