Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel in Laurel, MS. Burial will follow in Palastine Cemetery in Montrose, MS. Bro. She is preceded in death by her parents; Calbert Ulmer and Corinne Ulmer, 1st husband, John Kelley, 2nd husband, James Welborn, 2 granddaughters, Dusti and Danielle Boliver, son-in-law, Thomas Hillman and a daughter-in-law, Jodi Welborn. Survivors include her daughters; Debbie Boliver (Donald) of Laurel, MS, Trudy Blake (Andy) of Louin, Sandra Duckworth (Richard) of Richland, sons; Rickey Welborn of Biloxi, Don Lowry (Sue) of Memphis, and 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, sister, Peggy Smith (Kenny) of Montrose, brother, James Ulmer (Helen) of Sharon, special friends, Pegie Holifield and Harold Weeks.
